I feel like there is more that can be discussed on these, but those are my random thoughts so far. The mirrored fall of the king and ascension of the Knight may indicate the ending of an age and beginning of something very different, with death just being part of the change.Īlso, “Higher Beings” really seem to be poorly named, as each of them are brought low as they become part of the circle of life, death, decay, and transformation. Just noticed the parallel between the Wyrm “dying” and transforming into the relatively tiny Pale King (who rose from the hollow husk) and the tiny (and possibly hollow) Knight “dying” and transforming into the Shade Lord in the Godmaster ending.
